Terms of Service
Legal terms governing your use of the CureCollab platform and participation in health data sharing.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using the CureCollab platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Platform services
CureCollab provides a secure platform that enables users to share their health data with approved research organizations while maintaining data ownership, receiving transparent consent receipts, and earning Contribution Credits.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Data ownership and license
You retain full ownership of your health data. By using the Platform, you grant CureCollab a limited, non-exclusive license to process, de-identify, and distribute your health data to approved research organizations in accordance with your consent choices.
5. Consent and data sharing
You have complete control over what data you share, with whom, and for how long. You may withdraw consent at any time, which will stop all future data sharing.
6. Contribution Credits
Contribution Credits are a transparent scoring system that recognizes the medical value of your shared health data. Credits are NOT cryptocurrency, NOT financial instruments, and NOT transferable.
7. Revenue split
50% goes to study participants, 20% goes to qualifying members as Community Dividend, 30% covers platform operations.
8. Data security
CureCollab employs AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, end-to-end encryption, multi-factor authentication, and regular security audits. All shared data undergoes de-identification following HIPAA Safe Harbor standards.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at team@curecollab.com.
