Terms of Service
By accessing and using the CureCollab platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. CureCollab provides a platform that enables users to securely share their health data with approved research institutions while maintaining data ownership and receiving fair compensation.
Privacy Principles
We collect health information from your Epic MyChart account, including medical records, lab results, medication history, and visit summaries. Your health data is de-identified and used solely for approved medical research studies. We employ industry-leading security measures including end-to-end encryption.
Research Consent Agreement
By participating in CureCollab, you consent to the use of your de-identified health data in approved medical research studies conducted by accredited institutions. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
Data License Agreement
You grant CureCollab a limited, non-exclusive license to process, de-identify, and distribute your health data to approved research institutions for legitimate medical research purposes. Researchers cannot attempt to re-identify you.
